Inessa Yurevna has two higher educations, both university degrees. She graduated from the full-time department of the law faculty in 1990, and 10 years later - economic faculty. In 1990 she immediately got into the advocacy, where she worked for more than 20 years in the International Bar Association "St. Petersburg".

In 1999, a family friend, actor Alexey Nilov, asked Inessa Yurevna as a lawyer to help him to draw up a contract for the project "Streets of Broken Lights". After that, for several years she was engaged in legal support of contracts with various studios. In 2006, together with the leadership of the NTV channel, they came up with "Liteiniy, 4", which became the first project of "Triiks Media" and a real television long-lived - more than two hundred forty series were produced.
